Hay fever, allergies & immune resilience

How we work together

Care built around the whole picture

01

Map your pattern

We take time to understand your full immune history — which seasons trigger symptoms, how often you get sick, how long recovery takes, and any current GP or specialist care you are already receiving.

02

Agree on a tailored plan

Where acupuncture and/or herbal medicine is appropriate, we work out a plan based on your individual constitution and presentation, balancing short-term symptom relief with building longer-term immune resilience.

03

Track progress across seasons

We review your response at each visit and adjust treatment as your immune function improves — with the goal of reducing how often and how severely symptoms return each season.

Helpful to know

Questions before you book

Can acupuncture replace my antihistamines or GP care? +

This care is intended to sit alongside your existing GP or specialist management, not replace medical assessment, diagnosis or prescribed treatment. Always discuss any changes to medication with your doctor.

How many sessions does it take to see a difference? +

Individual responses vary. Some people notice improvement within a few sessions; others with longer-standing patterns require more consistent care over time. We review progress openly and honestly at every visit.

When should I start treatment — before or during the season? +

Starting a month or two before your typical season can help build resilience in advance. Treatment during an active flare-up focuses more on reducing current symptoms. Both approaches can be useful depending on where you are in your cycle.

Can this help the whole family, including children? +

This pathway is primarily designed for adults. For children or family members under 18, please contact us to discuss suitability.
